High Speed Three-Dimensional Drilling machine for H-Beam and Channel
Application:
High Speed H-Beam Drilling machine is used for drilling H-beam, channel steel and others. The positioning and feeding of the three drilling spindle boxes are all driven by servo motors, controlled by PLC system. The feeding is driven by CNC trolleys. It is efficient and high-precision, and can be widely used in construction, bridge and other industries.
The structure and features:
1. The drilling machine is consist of the machine bed, CNC sliding table (3units), drilling spindle box (3units), clamping device, detection device, cooling system, iron filing box and others.
2. The machine bed is welded from square steel pipes. The structure of the bed is strengthened in places where the force is large. After the welding is completed, artificial aging treatment is carried out, which ensures the stability of the bed and high drilling accuracy,
3. There are 3 CNC sliding tables, namely fixed side CNC sliding table, mobile side CNC sliding table and middle CNC sliding table. The structures of three sliding tables is similar and they are composed of sliding plate, sliding table and servo drive system.
There are a total of 6 CNC axes on the three slide tables, including 3 feed CNC axes and 3 positioning CNC axes, each CNC axis is guided by a precision linear rolling guide, driven by an AC servo motor + ball screw, so that the positioning accuracy is guaranteed.
4. There are 3 drilling spindle boxes,which are respectively installed on the three CNC sliding tables for drilling in the horizontal and vertical directions. Each drilling spindle box can be drilled individually or at same time.
5. The spindle adopts precision spindle, with high rotation precision and good rigidity. It is equipped with BT40 taper hole, it is easy to change the tool, it can be used for clamping twist drills and carbide drills, and it has a wide range of applications. The spindle is driven by the main motor with variable frequency speed regulation, which has a wide range of applications.
The milling cutter can be installed to realize the light milling function, which can mill slender grooves. It has the scribing function, so that it is convenient for the positioning of the welding support plate. Also has the tapping function.
6. The workpiece is fixed by hydraulic clamping. There are five hydraulic cylinders, which are clamped in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction respectively.
Clamping in the horizontal direction consists of a fixed side reference and a movable side clamping. The fixed side reference is fixed and the movable side clamping is driven by the large hydraulic cylinder, and it is guided by linear guide rails, and move to the fixed side to clamp the workpiece horizontally;
There are 2units clamping in the vertical on the fixed side and on the moving side respectively , each clamping has its own cylinder to drive the pressure rod to move up and down at 4 positions, to clamp the workpiece in vertically.
7. The machine is equipped with detection devices for width of workpiece and height of web, which can effectively compensate the deformation of the workpiece and ensure the processing accuracy.
8. CNC Feeding trolley is driven by servo motor through a reducer on the rack and pinion. A laser alignment device is installed on the bed, which can detect the workpiece when the workpiece is feeding, and then give feedback to realize the precise positioning of the workpiece.9. The cooling system adopts gas mist cooling with internal cooling and external cooling. Each drilling spindle box is equipped with its own external cooling nozzle and internal cooling joint, which can be selected according to the drilling needs. Internal cooling and external cooling can be used alone or together.
10. Chip collection box: It is guided by universal casters, which is simple and convenient to carry.
